Grace before Meals

Here is a small prayer for us to recite before every meal, as a thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father.
Let us remember all our Brothers and Sisters who are hungry and cant afford for a single meal . Let us give thanks to the Lord for his great mercy and share whatever we can with the less fortunate ones.
Bless us O Lord, in these, thy gifts, which we are about to receive from thy goodness, through Christ our Lord. Amen.
