Here is a simple prayer which all of us can memorize. This is a powerful prayer which can be uttered at the time of death. I remember my aunt reciting this prayer when my Grandfather breathed his last.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, I give Thee my heart and soul.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, assist me in my last agony.
Jesus, Mary and Joseph, may I breathe forth my soul in peace with Thee.
