Prayer for the Gift of a Child
This is a daily prayer is for all married couples who long for a child. Husband and wife should hold each other’s hands while reciting this prayer.
God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob; God who created the universe and sustains it every money, we praise you, we thank you and we glorify you.
Lord, you who gave a child to Abraham, we thank you, we praise you. Seeing the tears of Hanna, Lord you gave her a child. Elizabeth who was barren in her old age, you blessed her with a child.
You who are the giver of all perfect gifts, we ask you to bless us with wonderful children, who will be your chosen instruments to spread your love. The days/months/years of our sorrow and pain for not having a child, we surrender it to you.
We forgive every person who has insulted us or made fun of us because we were not blessed with a child. Jesus, our Lord and Master, bless whose who have hurt us. Fill them with your Holy Spirit.
Lord, whatever be the obstacle to have a child, let it be taken away from us right now with the power of Your precious blood and precious name.
Praise You Jesus. Thank You Jesus. Amen

hi! thank you for that prayer for a couple who have not yet given a chance to have children…thank you very much..i’ve been looking for it, a daily prayer for me and my husband…i really really hope this will be the right time for us…..pray with us!! thank you and God bless!!!

Hi Joan, I was also in a similar situation but thanks to God, my husband and I are about to have our first child. I just kept reminding myself that I must have faith and trust in the Lord. I also prayed the Divine Mercy novena and the novena to our blessed mother.
I pray that you will also be blessed with a child.

I am also in the same situvation, last 11/2 years we r tring for a baby. we r hearing bad words frm other, some times it hurts us. Please pray for us

i am with full of sorrow for the last 5 years because we dont have a child, I am undergoing the treatment also doctor said my one side of uterus is not in good condition, and tubes are also not in good condition, so now my full hope is Jesus christ, definitely he will forgive my sins and will bless me with a child very soon, My only and full hope is Jesus and Mary. So please pray for us to have a baby.
