Here is St. Francis of Assisi’s Blessing to Brother Leo. Saint Francis of Assisi is the Patron Saint of Animals. His feast day is on October 4th and the Church holds ceremonies for blessing animals on his feast day. How blessed would our lives be if we could utter this simple Blessing when we meet people in our daily lives.
