Let Nothing Disturb You

June 24, 2010

Here is a wonderful prayer by St. Teresa of Avila. This prayer is so simple yet meaningful. It strengthens the weak, removes all fears and calms our inner most torments.

Let nothing disturb you;
Let nothing frighten you,
All things pass away.
God never changes.
Patience obtains all things.
He who has God,
finds he lacks nothing.
God alone suffices.
